Positive: We had everything we needed here. The private parking space is easily accessible from the main road. We really enjoyed the seaview. We found Brodarica's local beach really good. There are plenty free parking space just 10 meters from the beach. It seems to be quite new. It is equipped with many showers, public toilet, changing rooms, bars and restaurants as well.
Summary: Cosy and easiliy accessible with perfect local beach, we had a great time here.

Positive: I like this place a lot! It's near the sea (just cross the road), there is a parking space, nice garden with BBQ. The room itself is clean and bright, has a seaview, kitchen with everything you could need, AC, towels. Lidl and Kaufland are nearby (3-4km). We cooked every day. The host itself if an amazing man, always ready to help. No English through. Croatian or German. You can speak english with his son in whatsapp if you need.
Negative: Two tables are made of glass, that is not very useful, because there are not much surface. The main road is between this place and and the sea, motorcycles could be too loud, but I had no issues with that.
Summary: Nice place with all the facilities.

Positive: Attentive host, frequently asked if everything is ok and how he can help us. We stayed in winter, so asked for a blanket and they brought it the next day. Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, big fridge. Wi-fi was ok. Hot water, towels. They have parking place on the territory, so you won't leave your car on the road. Good location, some grocery stores nearby and restaurants, which also had delivery option. 3 mins from the beach, but it's not on the first line and there is a busy road in front of the building, but it didn't bother us. Nice view from the balcony.
Negative: We had some issue with water drain in shower. It was really slow and water was staying for a while.

Positive: The hosts were lovely and very communicative. Apartment was spacious enough, the bed was comfy. The kitchen is tiny but has all the necessities. The balcony with sea view was great for enjoyable meals outside. We were also allowed to do laundry which saved lots of time finding a place with washing machines. Overall really recommended!
Negative: Something to keep in mind is that it's right by the main road which is quite busy and loud. Nothing that good earplugs cannot solve though! Also, there was no hair dryer. We were fine with that but in colder season might be a problem for those with longer hair.
Summary: Lovely hosts, lovely view, lovely stay
